For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs in these cases are the customer’s responsibility.

Before Setup
- Measure your toilet area and check clearance around the tank, lid, plumbing, and wall fixtures before assembly.
- Place the rack on a level floor and follow the supplied assembly instructions.
- Stored items and decorative accessories are not included.
